We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Our team will inspect the returned item upon arrival. If your return is approved, we'll contact you to collect your bank details. Your refund will include the product price and any eligible shipping reimbursement. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once approved.
We're happy to offer exchanges within the 14-day return period, provided items meet the return conditions.
Individual items purchased as part of a bundle are not eligible for return.

If something goes wrong within the warranty period, we'll work with you to repair the item, replace it, or provide a refund where appropriate. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out at info@eaccarhub.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or assigned a tracking number, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
